Terms and Conditions of Service

Seller's standard payment terms are 1%-10, net 30 days.
Other terms may be available. Seller reserves the right to change
payment terms at any time, subject to written notice to, and
acceptance by Buyer.

All prices are quoted F.O.B. Factory, Sebewaing,
Michigan, 48759 and include suitable packaging for domestic shipment.
Special or Export packaging, if required, will be quoted on request.

Prices do not include sales, use or other taxes, and may
be subject to tax where applicable. Buyer is responsible for
indicating their tax status.

Shipment will normally be made by UPS Ground Service or
LTL (Common Carrier) unless otherwise specified by Buyer.

All prices are based upon the most current valve &
actuator drawings/ dimensions in our files at the time of order.
Seller reserves the right to add extra charges for "special" mounting
configurations. Seller will make every attempt to obtain the
latest dimensional data. Seller is not responsible for incorrect
information, dimensional or otherwise, provided by the Buyer.

Designs and prices are subject to change without notice.
Please inquire for current design and pricing information. Orders
placed subject to this schedule will be acknowledged at new prices and
shipping schedules when applicable.

Seller must authorize claims and return shipments, for
any reason, in writing. Claims, other than Warranty claims, will
only be valid if made within 10 days of receipt.

Shipping schedules are approximate only. Seller is
not responsible for delays due to factors beyond it's control.
Every reasonable attempt will be made to satisfy our customer's delivery
requirements.

Terms and conditions inconsistent with those stated
herein, which may appear on Buyer's formal purchase order, are not
binding on Seller.
